Its that time of the  year again when some of the finest food on Long Island can be enjoyed in prixe fixe menus across the east end. The name Hamptons Restaurant Week does not quite capture the scope of your opportunites to find promotional discounts on best-in-class restaurants, hotels, bed-and-breakfasts and more.  Local east end businesses run transportation, wine and retail promotions from Sunday, March 25th through Sunday, April 1st, 2007. 

Participating restaurants offer a 3-course prix fixe for $21.95  all night (but the special pricing has limited hours on Saturday).  The following participating restaurants are listed by town:
