The Smithtown Summer Concert Series will be held most Sunday nights and a Friday this summer at the Hoyt Farm Park on New Highway in Commack, NY.

Hempstead Free Neighborhood Concert Series

The 2007 Town of Hempstead Free Neighborhood Concert Series is held in several community venues across the Town of Hemptstead so be sure to check out the official website for location details.

All shows start at 8pm. If the weather does not look promising, call the Cultural Arts Office at 292-9000, ext. 382 for information.

The Hempstead Free Neighborhood Concert Series features several classic generes such as rockabilly, 50’s, 60’s and 70’s rock, dixieland, blues, motown and more. Other highlights include tribute bands covering Santana, Elvis, Bon Jovi, Elton John, Sinatra, Heart and more. A great way to hear some great hits, without hitting the wallet! (more…)

Huntington Summer Arts Festival

The Huntington Summer Arts Festival is held every night, except Mondays, at the Chapin Rainbow Stage in Heckscher Park, Huntington, NY 11743.

All Northport Community Band performances will beheld at at Robert W. Kreuger Band Stand in Northport Village Park, Northport, NY 11768. These events are in italics below
All performances are free and start at 8:30pm and end around 10pm, later if we’re lucky.

The Huntington Arts Council has held this summer long event since 1966, and has entertained millions of local residents since then. The event highlights many of the residents talents by featuring Huntington’s Community Band and several area Choruses. In addition to this local spotlight, nationally known entertainers are known to stop by, this year featuring acts such as Average White Band.

All shows are held regardless of weather. If the weather is severe on Tuesdays (Family Nights), the rain location is at Elwood Middle School. (more…)
