2008 Huntington Lighthouse Music Fest
The 2007 Huntington Lighthouse Jazz Festival was such a success, for the music and local economy, that the 2008 date has already been booked. The music starts at 12pm on Saturday, August 30th, and goes on till 5pm. The rain date is Sunday August 31st.
The lineup this year includes The Toco Band, Behind Closed Doors, Blacklight, South of Sunrise, and Crisis. This group promises to bring a classic rock theme with some Caribbean and of course, lots of horns and jazz!
Since the stage is the actual lighthouse, the listening radius is limited to the boats in the area. If you don’t have a yatch yet, there are charter companies taking reservations for the trip.

Even if you can’t pay for the charter, or have a boat, go make friends with someone who does and say you’ll bring the drinks and limes!
